LEED ® for Existing Buildings: Operations & Maintenance

A Workshop on The New Rating System

As of July 1, LEED-EB: Operations & Maintenance (LEED-EB: O&M) became the default rating system for all existing buildings entering the LEED process. Attend this new LEED workshop presented by Barry Giles of BuildingWise and learn how to use the new rating system to maximize building performance.

What's covered: LEED-EBOM technical requirements, certification process, project case studies and strategies, costs and benefits, available tools and resources.

Our instructor, Barry Giles, is a senior faculty member for the USGBC teaching LEED EB, the Vice Chair of the USGBC Curriculum Committee and a reviewer for Greenbuild 2006 & 2007.
